June Specialty flavors & descriptions! 2026

Grandpa’s Aebleskiver-Cinnamon Sugar Cake with Cinnamon cream cheese frosting, topped with an aebleskiver and a pinch of powdered sugar. ❤️ (This is a Father’s Day month-long tribute flavor to our Dad (John Roberts), who makes THE BEST Aebleskivers!!!! Aebleskivers are a Danish puffed pancake. We turned his recipe into a cupcake.❤️ Also, he’ll be lending his skills to us this month and making the Aebleskiver’s himself. ) Thanks, DAD!!❤️

We are absolutely loving all of the fun graduation cakes we’ve been creating lately at Smallcakes Pensacola! 🎓💗 Our talented team has been busy making beautiful custom desserts to help celebrate so many special graduates this season. We are especially proud of our Caroline, who just graduated from Kindergarten!

If you forgot to place an order early enough and we’ve already filled up for the week you need something, don’t panic — we still have lots of sweet options available! 🧁✨

We always have a great selection of cupcakes in our display case daily, and you can also pre-order cupcakes or cookies with your school, college, team, or graduate’s photo/logo using edible images with as little as ONE DAY notice! We can customize them for high school graduations, college graduations, and more.

We also try to keep extra cakes available in our lobby fridge for those last-minute celebrations when you need to swing by and grab something quickly. 🎂

Some of our larger custom cakes do require a little more advance notice, but if you need something fun and festive last minute, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts with edible images are a great option — or grab some treats from our case and add your own decorations at home for an easy celebration!
