Finally some warm weather!!!!

It’s been great seeing so many of you enjoying the new grab and go ice cream out of the freezer. We also keep an ice cream cake in there if you need a last minute delicious dessert!

A date to keep in mind. We have some staff who will be traveling at the end of June so we will be limiting the number of orders taken the weekend of June 19th and 20th. If you know you know you need a cake for that weekend, please contact us sooner rather than later.

Mother’s Day is right around the corner…don’t forget to order a cupcake bouquet for Mom!

Happy Sunday!

Hope everyone has been enjoying their weekend. Here are some fun cake to brighten up your day! The Easter specials will be posted tomorrow and a link for ordering will also be posted.

Have you seen our new ice cream freezer? It’s right when you walk in the door of the shop. We make it in house. It is nut and egg free ice cream. We will do our best to keep it well stocked and will keep some dairy free in there as well. The plan is to make some ice cream cakes that will be ready to go too, but please give us some time to make that happen.

We need your help!!! Best of Rhode Island voting has opened from RI Monthly and Awesome Sweets needs YOU to vote for US!

This is a write in campaign, for all categories. Here is a flyer for you to share with ALL of your friends and family. I listed all of the categories I could think of 😁 that you can write our name in. Don’t forget…it’s Awesome Sweets!

Winter is a nice time around the bakery…it’s a time for us to slow down a bit and recharge but it’s also a time for us to explore new things…one of these is dairy free (and nut free of course) ice cream!

You have asked and we have been experimenting. Our flavors are very limited and it will be by special order only (for now). So that means you will need to call to order just like our cakes and cupcakes.

Current Dairy free ice cream flavors are:
Vanilla
Strawberry
Oreo
Chocolate chip
We will add more as we work on them.

Next up…DoorDash! We will be launching SOME of our products in the next couple weeks. I will let you know when it is live.

Onto past cakes and cupcakes! Hope to see you soon! We are looking forward to spring weather that’s for sure.

Awesome Sweets will be closed on Tuesday 1/27 & Wednesday 1/28. We will reopen for regular hours on Thursday 1/29.
