Somehow, with the onset of the busy summer season, we totally forgot that Flour Shop turned FIVE on 6/5. A lot of you have been with us since the very beginning and remember this little cutie stand that started it all.

We had absolutely no idea how far this would go! This has been equal part hard work, luck, and you guys. We’re so incredibly grateful that you’ve shown up for us with every iteration of this hobby turned dream come true.

This is not an easy business to succeed in—so many work incredibly hard only to fall short due to factors beyond their control. We consider this fact every day, and try to fill our space with joy to honor just how fortunate we have been.

Speaking of joy, we couldn’t have done this without our family, friends, and staff. Not only are they hard working, kind, funny, and loyal—they’ve become one of the main reasons we have become a staple for so many of you. It’s warms our heart to hear how much you love seeing this wonderful crew every day!

We are so PSYCHED that our lovely has decided to join us full time as our CBO (chief bread officer 💅). Sheridan has been one half of our amazing bagel rolling duo (hi ) for the last 2 years, and has now taken over all thing flour!
