We make all of our bagels, bread, and assorted sweets from scratch every day. We also make our cream cheese flavors, plus tuna, egg, and pasta salads, along with our own balsamic/vinaigrette dressing. SPECIALTY Bagels :

Our Story:

'The Bagel Maker' opened in downtown Panama City, December 2003. For the past 18 years, the owners and staff worked hard raising 'The Bagel Maker' to become a great addition to the community. Fast forward to 2021, James and Kristi Kirkland are continuing 'The Bagel Makers' journey and invite you to come to celebrate with them! To ensure that happens they work closely with their food vendors to guarantee they always use great quality ingredients. Co-owner, Kristi Kirkland, also the founder of the group 'Loyal To Local ~ CashMob' has always been dedicated to supporting our community and has high hopes to find a way to combine The Bagel Maker (Food, Family, & Fun) with community endeavors that bring enjoyment to our amazing locals. “It's all about trying to live our best lives and help others to do the same.” She says. James and Kristi are looking to build something special here in Bay County. A place where you are known and appreciated.
