Make birthdays, holidays, and celebrations unforgettable by learning to bake and decorate your own beautiful cakes!
Join us for a fun and hands-on 4-week class led by Keisha Kelly of The Cottage in the Woods Bakery. You’ll learn the essentials of cake baking from start to finish: mixing and baking the perfect cake, creating smooth and delicious icing, and exploring a variety of decorating techniques to bring your creations to life.
Each student will need to provide their own starter decorating kit to use during the course. Please see the linked kit below. Have tools of your own collecting dust? Bring them along! We’ll help you learn how to use them with confidence.

Week 3: buttercream flowers
Week 4: Final project fun day
