Heidi’s Hofbrauhaus & The Cookbook Genius

Heidi’s Hofbrauhaus & The Cookbook Genius Authentic Vanilla Sugar and Extract About Heidi Of Heidi's Hofbrauhaus. Growing up in Germany I watched my Mom and Oma prepare some of their best German dishes.

I was lucky enough to have learned and prepare these fine dishes myself. That is when I opend Heidi's Hofbrauhaus offering Fine German Food. We also made our own pastries and specialized in Apple Strudel. That is also where I developed my own Vanilla Bourbon Sugar and Vanilla Bourbon Extract. I’ve since closed my Restaurant to focus on Heidi’s Hofbrauhaus Bourbon Vanilla Sugar and Extract. There i

s a cookbook in the works as well. I look forward to sharing my Bourbon Vanilla Sugar and Extract with all of you.

Imagine this. You sign the lease, get the keys, and open the door of your new German apartment — and where the kitchen should be, there is a bare wall with two capped pipes.

No cabinets. No counters. No sink.

This is completely normal in Germany. The kitchen — the Einbauküche — belongs to the tenant, not the apartment. When Germans move, they unscrew the entire thing: cabinets, countertops, appliances, and yes, the kitchen sink. Literally the kitchen sink. It rides the moving truck to the next home, where it gets rebuilt to fit a completely different room.

To Germans, this is pure logic: you paid for that kitchen, so you keep it. To everyone else on Earth, it is one of the strangest household facts in Europe.

Would you take your kitchen with you when you move?

Make your own Chicken Bouillon
Nutritional yeast is Bragg on Amazon.

Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup nutritional yeast.
This is what gives the bouillon its savory, chicken-style flavor. Look for flakes or powder

2 Tbsp onion powder - Adds depth and that classic bouillon base flavor

2 Tbsp garlic powder - Use garlic powder, not garlic salt, so you can control the salt level

• 2 Tbsp dried oregano
• 2 Tbsp dried basil
• 2 Tbsp dried rosemary - Use dried rosemary for the best shelf life. You can grind it finer if you prefer a smoother texture

1 Tbsp salt - Start here and adjust to taste if you prefer a saltier bouillon.
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
