Pops Burgers. Will be opening very soon and will be selling Patty Cakes Bakery GF cookies that are baked in a designated GF kitchen but I SWEAR you will not be able to tell they are GF.

Hi, I am the owner and head baker at Patty Cakes Bakery. Ever since I was diagnosed with celiac, I have been determined to create foods and baked goods that are as delicious as they are safe. I have spent many years perfecting my recipes and continue to work on a daily basis to add more custom, yummy creations. We offer many GF/allergy free baked goods. We create magical cakes, gourmet cookies, rich brownies, delicate macarons, sweet breads, and so much more. I am passionate about working to improve the concept that GF can’t taste good. We take pride in knowing that our baked goods are just as good, if not better, than any traditional baked goods out there.

Pops Burgers offers the best burgers out there. They will also have GF burger and fry options. Since his sister (me) has celiac he is very aware of cross contamination and how to reduce the risk. Also, unlike every restaurant out there, he will not be adding an up charge for his GF options. Please support this new food truck! I promise you will not be disappointed!!

I am always excited to learn new things. I had never worked with fondant before but have wanted to. So I challenged myself and took this order. I made the fondant homemade and then started creating the characters. Mike was first. Sully was next and last was Boo. She was my favorite. It was so hard to let her go. I enjoyed learning this new skill and look forward to improving the technique.
