PÃO DE MEL (BRAZILIAN HONEY CAKE) - Made today for a book club reading The Midnight Library. The cake is mentioned several times throughout the story - A spiced cake made with coffee and honey, filled with dulce de leche, and covered in chocolate ganache. Delicious!
