Whoop whoop! Another beautiful market in Downtown Panama City. I have eggs from my wonderful mother Heartsong Homestead. I have two flavors of bagels today and a ton more cookies than last weekend! I hope everyone had a good first week of school! I know we did! ❤️ I have bagels taking their fridge nap to be freshly baked off for the Panama City Farmers Market tomorrow!! Yay!! I do not have Asiago & Garlic this weekend- its replacement is Italian Herb and Garlic! It is easily my favorite loaf so far!
I will also have HeartSong Homesteads eggs (YAY!)
I am so excited to see everyone tomorrow!!

Hi friends! ❤️

I have some exciting news to share—I recently accepted a teaching position with Walsingham! I FINALLY finished my degree!! Teaching has been a goal of mine for a long time, and I’m so excited to begin this new chapter.

With that comes a few changes for my sourdough business. My weekly bread drop schedule and farmers market attendance will be changing to fit around my teaching schedule. While I won’t be able to bake as often as I have in the past, I’m absolutely not going anywhere! I’ll still be offering fresh sourdough, just on a more limited schedule.

Over the next few days, I’ll post my updated bread drop days and the farmers markets I’ll be attending so you’ll know exactly when and where to find me.

I can’t thank you all enough for supporting my little business. Every loaf, bagel, cookie, and kind word has helped make this journey possible. I’m so grateful that I get to continue baking for this amazing community while also starting my dream career in the classroom.

I will not be at the market this weekend as I want to spend as much time with my kiddo before she starts back to school as well!
