As another Panama City Farmers Market weekend approaches, we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who comes out to support not only Beachside Bakery, but all of the hardworking vendors and small businesses that make this market so special.

Every Saturday, rain or shine—and often in 100-degree heat—we show up with smiles on our faces, ready to serve our community. Why? Because at Beachside Bakery, we genuinely love creating delicious homemade treats for others to enjoy. More importantly, we're building a dream, one weekend at a time.

As a mother-daughter team, we hope that one day future generations of bakers will be standing right beside us, sharing our passion, greeting customers, and continuing the tradition we've worked so hard to build.

While we celebrate the great weekends, the truth is that not every market is a success. We have weekends that exceed our expectations, and we have weekends that leave us discouraged. This past weekend was one of those challenging ones. We shed a few tears, picked ourselves back up, and did what we always do—we got right back into the kitchen and started baking again.

Now, we'd love your help.

With summer temperatures rising, one of our biggest challenges is creating products that can withstand the Florida heat while still delivering the quality and freshness you expect from us. That's where you come in! Tell us what you're craving. Do you love our sweet treats? Would you like to see more salty snacks? Is there something you've been wishing we offered?

We want your feedback! Let us know what you love, what you'd like to see more of, and even what hasn't been your favorite. As long as it's within Florida's cottage food guidelines, we'll do our best to bring your ideas to life.
