Today feels a little surreal.
As we officially launch our Caribbean Moonshine Distillery collaboration, we're finding ourselves feeling equal parts excited, grateful, nostalgic, and maybe just a little overwhelmed.
It wasn't that long ago that Ambered Cookies set up at our very first market in New Smyrna Beach. In fact, we're only at the beginning of our eighth month in business.
Eight months.
Eight months ago, we were setting up a tent, arranging cookies on a table, and hoping people would stop by.
Today, we have multiple corporate contracts, weekly wholesale partnerships, our cookies stocked in a local art gallery, six weddings on the books, a monthly cookie subscription program, a growing marketing team, television appearances, and collaborations with businesses we admire.
One of our proudest moments wasn't a television segment or a contract—it was collaborating with fellow vendor The Fizzy Flamingo Beverage Co. to create a signature cookie inspired by their business. It reminded us that small businesses are strongest when we support one another, cheer each other on, and grow together.
We've also booked six weddings, all stemming from a single wedding show we attended in January hosted by Touch of Magic Events. To be trusted with even a small part of someone's wedding day is an honor we never take for granted.
Some days it feels like it happened overnight.
And perhaps the most humbling part is that almost every week, someone new reaches out. A business interested in carrying our products. An event organizer extending an invitation. A bride planning her special day. A customer bringing a friend to our booth. An opportunity we never saw coming.
None of it would have happened without you.
To every customer who bought a cookie and came back for more...
To every person who shared a post, left a review, recommended us to a friend, or brought someone new to our booth...
To every familiar face who stops by week after week...

You've helped turn a simple idea into something far bigger than we ever imagined.
One of the greatest joys of this journey has been becoming part of our community. Whether it's donating to local fundraisers, supporting charitable causes, collaborating with fellow small businesses, participating in community events, or simply sharing conversations across a market table, we've been welcomed in ways we never expected.
You've allowed us to grow, experiment, dream bigger, and keep pushing forward.
And while we're incredibly proud of how far we've come in such a short time, the truth is we're even more excited about what's ahead.
There are new collaborations, new products, new opportunities, and some exciting announcements still waiting on the not so distant horizon.
Today, as we celebrate the launch of our Caribbean Moonshine collaboration, we're also celebrating all of you.
Because every contract, every collaboration, every subscription box member, every wedding booking, every sold-out market, every television appearance, every opportunity, and every milestone started with one person deciding to give us a chance.
