Sometimes I take things out of the oven and it hits me right between the eyes exactly how far we have come as a team and business. Especially when sweet folks who found me at the market stop by and remind me that the struggle is worth it. People who can’t eat ‘regular’ food can feel normal inside these walls. You are the mission, folks. We do this for you. God knows it isn’t for the money. 🤣 Not in this economy. Our massive sourdough loaves pictured here. This one recipe took 2 years to fully develop. We take the same time and consideration for everything we make. We may miss the mark sometimes, but we come back stronger.

Update: the seating has found a new home. Excited for it to have a new journey with a great family.

We are selling the seating we used Downtown. If you know anyone who is looking for restaurant seating, pls have them contact us. We have 2-small Banquettes plus, table and chairs for . We have 4-3 person Banquettes with table and chairs. I don’t really want to separate the set. So many laughs, tears and tender moments shared on these seats while we were open downtown. I hope they find a great new home. I still love that blue.
