My heart is always in the space of serving and supporting our community.
🍪
I am inspired by creative energy. I'm not JUST a Baker.
🍪
I study and am certified in baking techniques. I study organic ingredients that are proven to help ease symptoms of anxiety, depression, and inflammation to list a few:
Cinnamon
Ginger
Turmeric
Monkfruit sweetner
And of course SWEET POTATO!
🍪
Educate yourself on how these ingredients help heal the body AND soothe the nervous system.
🍪
I don't guess, I measure, research and use myself as a guinea pig...ALOT!
🍪
I USED to suffer from Grave's DISease. Understanding these God given ingredients is what produced my HEALING.
🍪
I am proud to say, I no longer have Grave's DISease and I can thank plant based foods for that! *Allegedly*
🍪
I only say *Allegedly* because society loves to villainize holistic practices.
🍪
Applied knowledge is power!
Oh. In case you didn't know. Sweet potato is a PLANT!
🍪
Plant:
Any living, multicellular organism belonging to the kingdom Plantae. Plants include organisms like trees, flowers, grasses, mosses. They typically make their own food through photosynthesis and play a crucial role in sustaining life on Earth.
