I needed a no bake option, so I landed on Cherries Jubilee Tiramisu, and soaked the ladyfingers in tart cherry juice instead of espresso. 😋

Good morning!

I completely fibbed last Thursday when I said “see you next week” at the market. My brain was on autopilot. 😵‍💫 I’ll be off running around in the forest for my annual birthday escape to a National Park. BUT…

I’m working hard to get a few batches of cookies done before we leave. If you’d like to pickup or have some delivered on WEDNESDAY ONLY, you can order on my Square site. Quantities are set. Ignore the autogenerated ready date. Must have base access for pickup.

Good morning!

Thank you thank you thank you. I say it every week and probably a few times when you’re at the booth. I’m so beyond grateful that y’all enjoy what I bake!

I won’t lie though. I felt a little off (technically) with some of my bakes. I forgot vent holes in the pastelitos (just realized that while looking at pics), and the co**has didn’t proof the way they normally do. Still delicious? Yes. I heated up half of a chocolate co**ha to have with coffee. 🥴

After all that obsessing over not being 100% perfect, I wake up to see that my late lineup reel from yesterday that didn’t have the music attached is my most popular reel to date. Social media is weird.

Ok, back to baking. Have a great weekend! ✌🏻
