Feeling so grateful this weekend, there’s been a lot of work—several beef empanadas and a cake for a quinceañera!
I want to say thank you for all the messages from all the folks who saw the report, so many people sent such pleasant messages to me, thank you!

Me siento agradecida este fin de semana con muchísimo trabajo, muchas empanadas de carne y también un hermoso pastel para una quinceañera! Bueno, pero también quiero agradecer a toda las personas que vieron el reportaje de Univisión, y me mandaron muchísimos mensajes de apoyo. Solo me queda decir gracias ❤

Thank you so much to Univision 14 and Tamara Mino for coming to visit and talking to me this week and making a report on my business! Thank you to Univision 14 for saying I “make pastries with hope” :)
Little by little we’re growing and making our dream a reality, there’s still much to do but we I know we can reach the dream of a small cafe.
