Love is Brewing 😍☕️🍸

I love me a good espresso martini and I love even more that I got to incorporate this theme into a bridal shower cookie set! 🤎

Speaking of espresso martinis… there’s a pumpkin spice espresso martini at Antoinette's in town that I’ve been dying to try! I’ll be sure to report back if I do, but in the meantime, has anyone tried it yet?! 👀

I still can’t believe this is the start of my fourth school year not in the classroom! Time has seriously flown by.

I spent 10 years teaching second and third grade and even though my life looks very different now, I still love when a teacher order comes in. It’s a little reminder of a part of my life that will always mean so much to me. 🤍

This little pencil heart felt like the perfect teacher thank you cookie ✏️❤️

If you saw how many times I had to reprint these zebra balloons, you’d be seeing stripes too 🦓😂 Too big the first time. Eddie hit the icing the second time (still confused). Then I got brave and used a cello bag instead of my usual sheet protector to pipe the balloons… mistake. They never dried. Long story short: 65th time was the charm and we got there in the end. Balloon cutter: obviously

I’m so excited to introduce you to another incredible local business making a meaningful impact right here in our community… Little Monkeys Therapy! 🐒

Little Monkeys Therapy is run by a dually board-certified speech and language pathologist and lactation consultant, offering specialized support for babies, young children, and their families. With a unique combination of expertise, she provides a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to feeding and development, something that truly sets her apart.

In fact, there are only a handful of feeding therapists in Connecticut who are also board certified lactation consultants!

Based in Monroe, Sarah offers both in office visits and home visits in surrounding towns (including Newtown 🙌), making support accessible and personalized for each family.

And a fun little detail I love! The name Little Monkeys Therapy was inspired by her first career working with monkeys and apes 🐵 (how amazing is that?!)

If you or someone you know could benefit from feeding or lactation support, be sure to check her out:

Any excuse I can find to use a little watercolor with these colors, I’m all for. The softness, the detail… I can’t get enough. And the silver just pulls it all together 😍
