Hi, I’m Ashley, the owner and baker behind RoeMarie Cakes!

I wanted to take a moment to properly introduce myself, especially for those who may have recently come across my page.

RoeMarie Cakes started as something I loved doing for my family and friends and has grown into my little home bakery here in Sandy Hook. I get to spend my days creating custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, showers, holidays, and all of the little celebrations in between.

For me, one of the best parts of this business is getting to be part of someone’s special day. Whether I’m making a first birthday cake, a wedding cake, or something just because, I love getting to bring someone’s idea to life.

So when you see my cakes, you’ll know the face behind them. And if you ever pick up an order or see me at a local event, come say hi!

I’m looking forward to creating lots more sweet things for our community. 🤎

It has been a pleasure creating his birthday cakes over the years, and it was wonderful to see his reaction to this colorful LEGO-themed cake. Featuring chocolate LEGO pieces, vibrant splatters, and rich black buttercream, this cake was a joy to create.

If you have a birthday, baby shower, wedding, or another special celebration coming up, I’d love to help make it a little sweeter. 💛

As my calendar begins to fill, I recommend reaching out at least two weeks before your event whenever possible. Booking early gives us plenty of time to chat through the details and helps ensure I have availability for your date.

Even if your celebration is a few months away, you’re always welcome to reserve your spot in advance!
