☕📚 A little fantasy, a little coffee, and one very important question…
Welcome to the Legends & Lattes trilogy by Travis Baldree! 🧙‍♀️✨
Here’s the catch: Book two, Bookshops & Bonedust, is technically a prequel. So now we have a very important literary dilemma…
📖 Do you read in publication order and let the story unfold as intended?
🕰️ Or do you go with chronological order and travel back to the beginning?
☕ So, tell us, readers: Are you team “read them as they were written” or team “start at the beginning”?
And if you’ve already read them… which order do you recommend to a first-time adventurer?
Come weigh in at Newaygo Bookstore! Because the only thing better than getting lost in a good fantasy is finding someone to debate it with 😃

🍂📚 We’re Back, Bookworms! ☕🍁
We’re back open, and autumn has officially settled in! 🍂 The air is crisp, the leaves are showing off, and there’s a little extra magic in finding your next favorite book this time of year. ❤️
Come wander our shelves, discover something new (or revisit an old favorite), browse our local art and artisan gifts, and treat yourself to a delicious gluten-free crepe or a cozy specialty drink. There’s just something about a good book, autumn colors, and the smell of something delicious coming from the kitchen that feels like fall done right. 🍁🥞📖
We’ve missed you and can’t wait to see you! Come on in, get cozy, and let’s make the most of this beautiful autumn season together. 🧡

✨ A little something new has found its way onto our shelves! ✨
We just received a beautiful collection of locally made soy candles from Kristi’s Candles 🕯️💕 They smell absolutely divine and are tucked away amongst our Classic Literature—because what pairs better with a good book than a wonderful scent?
Come find your new favorite fragrance… and maybe a new favorite book while you’re at it. 📚🕯️

💫 Our newly renovated Classic Literature section now has reusable bags to match—because what is a book lover without a proper vessel for their next adventure?
“The world’s a stage…”
…and your bag should be worthy of the books you carry upon it. 📚
To bag, or not to bag?
We think Shakespeare would approve. 😉
