I am beyond frustrated right now. I went to Walmart to buy groceries and picked up a pack of chicken clearly labeled 4.28 pounds. I planned my meals around that weight. When I got home and started cutting it up and weighing my portions, I discovered it was only 3 pounds 10 ounces.
That is not even close to what was advertised.
We work hard for our money, and it’s infuriating to realize we may be paying for weight that isn’t actually there. How many times has this happened and I just didn’t catch it? How many people never weigh their food and never realize they’re being shorted?
This is unacceptable. If the label says a certain weight, that’s what should be in the package — not almost a pound less. Do better.
