Nothing says summer at Grandaisy quite like our favorite summer panini!

Il caprese and the tonno tondo are back!

Our caprese is made with the classic combination of fresh heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella di buffala and basil, while the tonno tondo is our update on a tuna salad, with white beans, radishes and capers!

Another of our most requested seasonal specialties is back- the schiacciata d'uva!

Our take on a classic Tuscan flatbread is made with champagne grapes, EVOO, a sprinkle of sugar, & toasted anise seeds - schiacciato - (squashed in Italian) into a raisin-studded pizza dough.

As the weather gets warmer, we're looking forward to so many ways to get to see our community this month!

One of our favorite annual events, the Taste of Tribeca, is coming up on May 18th! This food festival benefits local schools PS 150 and PS 234.

Happy Spring from Grandaisy!

To celebrate, this Friday is the return of our seasonal favorite, the Colomba Pasquale!

If you're a fan of our panettone, you'll be sure to love this rich bread with a combination of candied orange peels and dark chocolate morsels. It's all topped off with crunchy sugar and toasted almonds.

Also dropping this Friday? Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire! Don't worry, we've already been declared ghost-free.
