Coming up this Saturday, we'll be at the Taste of Tribeca!

Rain or shine, we'll be there serving our flatbreads in support of PS 150 and PS 234! Tickets are still available, we'd love to see you there.

We hope you're also excited to celebrate 19(!) years of Grandaisy Bakery at our anniversary party on June 9th!

As always, we'll be giving away free loaves of Grandaisy bread and samples of illy Coffee! We love seeing all of our neighbors come together every year.

The Church Street School's annual free block party is June 8th! There will be food (including Grandaisy Bakery flatbreads, of course!), music, and kids' activities.

It's one of our favorite times of the year: time for the torta de capas!

Torta de Capas is inspired by the Latin American treat alfajores– the torta layers are more like crumbly, buttery soft cookies, sandwiching layers of dulce de leche and covered in toasted coconut!

We bake it every January in honor of our founder's birthday- it's her favorite, and it might just be yours too!

Celebrate the New Year the Italian way- with panettone and champagne!

And we'd like to make it even easier: our last batch of panettone is now available for 50% off!

We'll be open until 3pm on New Year's Eve to provide your last lattes, filone and pizza al taglio of 2024!

We'll be closed on New Year's Day, and back to business as usual on January 2nd.

It's not the holiday season without Grandaisy's panettone!

While our mini pies are only available while supplies last, full sized pumpkin and apple pies are still available via pre-order throughout the holidays!

Don't worry, we have new seasonal treats to share with you! One of our favorite winter pastries, the tortino di zenzero are here.

These cakes are made with plenty of ginger and rye flour, and pack quite a punch of spicy goodness into each bite!

And of course, we can't speak about our favorite things in December without mentioning our panettone!

Nothing says summer at Grandaisy quite like our favorite summer panini!

Il caprese and the tonno tondo are back!

Our caprese is made with the classic combination of fresh heirloom tomatoes, mozzarella di buffala and basil, while the tonno tondo is our update on a tuna salad, with white beans, radishes and capers!

Another of our most requested seasonal specialties is back- the schiacciata d'uva!

Our take on a classic Tuscan flatbread is made with champagne grapes, EVOO, a sprinkle of sugar, & toasted anise seeds - schiacciato - (squashed in Italian) into a raisin-studded pizza dough.
