Biscotti di abuelita are our take on those classic oatmeal raisin cookies - with an extra bit of cardamom to tickle the taste buds. They are a testament to grandmothers everywhere who share their love through baked goods.

The weather is warmer (on some days),

the daffodils and crocuses are showing up,
and we have freshly baked
🕊️ Colomba Pasquale 🕊️
(the classic dove-shaped Italian holiday bread)
made with dark chocolate morsels, candied orange pieces, a crunchy egg white, sugar, and a toasted almond topping.

head baker Julio.

These special Italian holiday loaves are available in our Tribeca bakeshop now through Easter.
