Hello!
We’ve gained a lot of new friends recently so I wanted to reintroduce myself. I’m Lauren 🥰 I’m a wife, mom to four beautiful children and a math teacher full time. I found a love for baking while spending time with my grandma when I was younger (she was an amazing baker!). My baking life was turned upside down when I became gluten and dairy free about 16 years ago. Navigating this change was tough but I am proud of how far I’ve come and happy to share the delicious treats I’ve come to enjoy baking.
I’m the only one in our home who eats strictly gluten and dairy free so there are both ingredients in our home (why I state goodies are gluten and dairy friendly). However, I clean the oven and use separate dishes to keep everyone safe.
As summer draws closer I plan to do one or two popups each month in New Ulm. I will also continue to bake orders. Please reach out via messenger of email ([email protected]).
