Well…. I made it with 2 hours to go! That was a marathon! Here is the progression. All the way from prep to packaging for delivery. If you want to know… it is a total of 1280 cookies! 4 per bag, 320 bags!

It’s a sad day in the kitchen today. The work horse for all my Mini cookies, has decided to call it quits. I guess asking her to scoop more than 1300 cookies in the last week was too much🫤.
