We will be OPEN this Thursday, June 4, from 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM!
After Thursday, Schaefer Bakehaus will be CLOSED for over a week while our family travels out of state to cheer on our gymnast at Nationals! 🏅🤸♀️
This means Thursday is your last chance to stock up before we leave!
And don't forget that our sourdough bread freezes beautifully! If you want bread while we're gone, now is the perfect time to grab a few extra loaves and tuck them in the freezer.

When placing an order online, you MUST select your pickup date and time using the "Pickup Time" button AND click "Add to Cart."
Orders submitted without a pickup date and time added to the cart will be canceled immediately, and it will be the customer's responsibility to place a new order.

This event is completely separate from our regular bakery ordering system and will feature a walk-up ordering window with special sweet treats available that evening only.
***No preorders for Summer Nights treats! Cookie nachos, loaded brownies, and other Summer Nights specials will be available exclusively through our walk-up window while supplies last. 🍪🍫***
Want bread or your regular bakery favorites? Those may still be preordered online and picked up during the event. Please note that the bakery itself will not be open for walk-in shopping, and our regular bread and display case items will not be available for purchase at the window.
We're incredibly excited about this event and hope it becomes a yearly tradition!
☀️ A QUICK SUMMER REMINDER ☀️
Summer is busy for our family between gymnastics, softball, travel, and trying to enjoy a little sunshine ourselves. Because of that, we are often slower to respond to messages, emails, and phone calls than we are during the school year.
We promise we're not ignoring you, we're probably sitting at a ball field, swimming, fishing, or soaking up every bit of our short Minnesota summer while it lasts! 😊
