Starting in September, pick-up hours and dates are changing because of new schedules with school 🙃, if there is not a date or time that works for you, please don't hesitate to reach out. and please do this before you place an order to make sure we are available 😁

We are open tomorrow, Friday, August 28 from 8:00-1:00!

We will have our sourdough breads (10+ flavors, including a Bacon Cheddar Chive flavor debuting, and Apple Cinnamon!) And lots of goodies in our display case; scones, cookies, brownies, scotcharoos, monkey bread, muffins, and more!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came out to one or all! of our **Summer Nights at Schaefer Bakehaus**! 🥰

These nights were something a little different for us. Once a month, we took a break from our normal bread-baking schedule and turned the bakery into a fun little evening event with special treats, food, and something different to look forward to!

Just a little reminder for how these special events work: **bread is preorder only for event nights** so we can focus our time on all the fun stuff we're making for the evening! We always post the event details and bread preorder information several times leading up to each event, so make sure you're following our page so you don't miss it. ❤️

BUT... now summer is coming to an end, and we don't really want the fun to end with it!

We would LOVE to do some sort of **Fall Night at the Bakery**... but we're stumped! 🍁🎃 Help!

Last Park Scavenger Hunt for the year!!!

We hid Kid's Size Coupons at the parks in New Ulm. Go find them and come see us tonight at the bakery between 4:00-8:00

**Each ticket is easily hidden. Please do not destroy and tamper with any equipment or equipment while searching. There is one per park. If you cannot find it, it is probably already found**
