It was truly an honor to be featured in your October issue, sitting among the best of the best in Naples hospitality. To be included alongside so many people I admire means more than I can say.
As the sole owner of Brooklyn Dough, I’m proud to say we’re a family business through and through. My son Brendan manages the shop, my daughter is part of our team, and Naples is the community we’re proud to call home. Every bagel is hand-rolled, kettle-boiled and baked fresh every morning, and every customer who walks through our door is welcomed like family.
