Hey cookie friends! We have a lot of new faces around here so I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself.

I’m Alie, one of your two pines bakers. I’m a mom to a wild son and a wife to the other baker (but she prefers to be the one behind the camera). I have a 9-5 gig but my mind is constantly spinning around new recipe ideas and counting down the minutes until I can get back into the kitchen.

Some people ask me why I do this and the simple answer is J•O•Y! Baking and playing in the kitchen have always been hobbies of mine, and being able to share my creations with you and see you enjoy them just melts my heart.

Every order I get and every chance I have to meet and interact with you guys brings me so much joy! It’s you who keeps me going and your support that keeps this bakery dream of mine afloat! Thank you for letting us bake for you and have more excuses to piddle around in the kitchen!
