Haven’t posted much lately but I’m still making bread!

If you’re still working on your New Year’s goals to eat healthier or work on your gut health, fresh milled flour sourdough is a PERFECT addition to your diet.
And if managing insulin spikes is a priority then give it a try, because you will most likely be amazed at the results! My husband is Type 2 diabetic and I recently had him wear a continuous glucose monitor for a couple weeks and it was remarkable the results we saw while eating my bread!
