Pumpkin pie rolls are coming to tomorrow’s Fall Fling at the Nacogdoches Farmers Market! I will have a limited supply so get there early. We will also have Pumpkin Spice bagels, pumpkin cream cheese and Pumpkin Sourdough! And of course all of your classic Knackered House favorites: bagels and sourdough in all flavors, including our new Onion Thyme Sourdough and our best selling Roasted Garlic Parmesan Pepper sourdough.

Happy Monday! Preorders are open for the week, and it’s our annual Fall Fling at the market Saturday!
It’s also the perfect time to stock up. Starting next week, our prices for bagels and cream cheese will slightly increase. Sourdough prices will remain the same at the moment, but we haven’t updated our bagel prices since we opened more than four years ago, while the cost of ingredients have gone up significantly. We’ve held off as long as possible, but it’s time. Last week at our lower prices so perfect time to fill the freezer!

Preorders are open for the week! It’s SFA Family weekend at the market- we can’t wait to see all the SFA students and families! Get your order in so you don’t miss out, but make sure to stop in Saturday. The Nacogdoches Arts Collaborative (NAC) annual Art Fest is happening right next to the market so it will be a fantastic Saturday to visit.

Did you forget to order bagels? Never fear! Knackered House may be off camping, but our bagels are still easy to snag at either Dilly Dally or University Coffee House ! We can’t wait to see you when we return from the North, but make sure to visit two of our favorite coffee shops in town to grab a bagel!

Make sure to come see us tomorrow from 9-12! It’s our last market before we are closed for three weeks. Bagels and sourdough both freeze wonderfully so fill your freezer to tide you over until we get back. We will have sourdough in all the flavors, bagels, cinnamon rolls, Japanese Milk Bread, sourdough toasts and bagel chips!
