Just wanted to update on our employee situation, as you know its hard to find experienced bakers to do what we do, and the recent departure of 3 main employees and the 4th main one on her way out its tough to maintain the amount and selection of products, with that being said I am happy to say we have found 2 very experienced bakers/ managers that will be joining our team very soon! With these 2 new ones aboard it will take a few weeks for them to get familiar with the b&k way but then its full speed ahead with new and exciting products and some real barn burners as well so stay tuned as we will announce the 2 in the near future! Til then we will do our best to maintain a High level of our famous donuts and danishes and other products as well thank you and thanks for your continued support!

We are still having issues with our donut fryer, after several assessments it has been determined that a new fryer is our only way out lol, so we have ordered one and are hoping it will be soon. Our fryer is working but is on its last leg! So until we have a new one in place we will not be taking huge donut orders that means up to 6 dozen is ok but no major orders till this is resolved sorry for this but we don't want to make promises we cant keep thank you!

We have a decorator on vacation this week so we will NOT be taking anymore cookie orders for this week, we will be taking cake or cupcake orders for this weekend tomorrow only Wednesday October 7th til close! Sorry for inconvenience

Tomorrow we will be running a Duke bakery soda special only 2.00 a bottle come try this delicious soda- grape, orange, blue raspberry, creme, black cherry, strawberry, rootbeer!

Ok good news& bad news folks the donut fryer is operable but its gonna be a tough nite in the bakery its working but not like it should, but between Danylle and myself we should make it through its still backfiring but not as bad but, the guy that worked on it thinks its ok for tonite til the new parts get here keep figures crossed people lol and I hope to see you all tomorrow since Danylle and I are putting ourselves in harms way ( just trying to lay a guilt trip on all of you) lol see ya round like a donut!

Ok sorry folks due to my fryer going out we will not have glazed, donetzels, cinnamon twists, donut holes, tigertails, pershings, or rosettes today but we have all of are other stuff like longjohns, filled donuts etc
