We sauntered up to Staunton this morning to buy these delicious breakfast croissants. The blueberries are super fresh and bursting with flavor. Pairs perfectly with our lavender 💜💜

I’ll be honest, I am very excited about tomorrow’s pastry line-up! And good news, we will have the three specialty pastries pictured below every Saturday in June, so you can expect to enjoy them all month long!The blueberry-lavender is just about the most delicious croissant I think we’ve ever made, so be sure to get in and try one! And, even more exciting, yes, the lavender is local—picked fresh from Tenderloin Farms Inc in Edwardsville! Not gonna tell you what to do, but a perfect Saturday morning might just be stopping in Blackbird for a lil croissant and cappuccino then hopping over to Tenderloin to stroll through their beautiful lavender fields 🤷🏼‍♀️ 🐦‍⬛ 💜
