Our second August specialty pastry is our Chocolate Mint Brownie Pain Suisse. Yes, that’s a mouthful, and you’ll be wanting mouthfuls of this pastry—it’s a symphony of textures in a single bite!

Our barista Yani has been begging for us to make something chocolate mint, and since it’s her bday month, we are obliging. Also, c’mon now, mint is a gift of mama nature during these hot summer days! This is a perfect treat for a warm August morning 😎

This cutie starts with our chocolate croissant dough laminated with a cross section for extra crunch and baked with a chocolate mint brownie *inside* then filled with mint cream and topped with an Andes mint 😋 Available every Saturday of August.

Happy Fri-YAY! Tomorrow is the last Saturday in July so it’s your last chance to try the July specialty pastries—Peach Melba, Blueberry-Sweet Corn, and Blackberry-Pistachio! We’ve prepped A TON of them, so be sure to stop in a try one! We’ve also got a great breakfast special this week, the Breakfast BLT. We start with our toasted French bread and top it with our herbed aioli, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, and fried egg. Super delicious!
