We're starting the prep for the Flushing Farmers Market on Saturday. The homemade toffee for our churro cookies and browned butter chocolate chip cookies with toffee and caramel is made. The caramel is made for our turtle cookies. Next on the list is apple pie filling for our apple pie cookies and maybe mini pies. We're still looking for packaging on those. Hope to see you on Saturday!

It's 2:30 in the morning. Sticky buns are in the oven, and I just rolled out a batch of apple pie cinnamon rolls for today's Flushing Farmers market. We'll be there from 9:00 to 2:00. Stop by for breakfast. We'll have our regular cinnamon rolls as well and raspberry lemon and blueberry lemon scones too.

Tomorrow is the big day. The start of the farmers market season. As usual we'll be up most of the night baking and will be bringing you a few new items. Unfortunately, we don't have any pictures. Hope to see you at the Flushing Farmers market. We'll be there from 9:00 to 2:00.
