Well it was s busy day but bread is in the fridge cold proofing and Amelia did great.

Great news Brents scan looks better than ever. I am posting a picture of the scan. (L to R) is today, then back in March and then back in January. The bottom 3 images show the inflammation going down. We also got some other good news but want to wait till ALLLL the doctors have given their blessings on it before we announce that part.

So yes we are planning on attending Lanark Farmers Market tomorrow. We are prepping away today for it.

We have a new menu item we are bringing!!!! I don't have pictures yet but it's Garlic Scape Pesto Focaccia. We will only have a few so grab them quick.

We will also have a small variety of everything since it's been a couple weeks since we have been there.

Good Morning Mount Carroll Farmers Market and Morrison Il Tsc Farmers Market!!

We hope you all made it through the storms yesterday. Sounds like today there will be more. We were able to get loaves today to the food bank and dough is prepping for market this weekend.

We will bring

Lanark Farmers Market we always bake as close as possible to time. And the time has come to make a decision to bake or not. With the weather giving mixed reports for this afternoon we have decided we won't attend the market. As of the post the market looks like they may attempt to still have it open, this is just for us on a personal decision.

If you have pre-ordered we have contacted you with alternate pick-up options.

Apologetically we say, we will see you all next week.
