Good evening Mount Carroll Farmers Market we will be there Saturday 8-12. Stop over and see us and grab your bread.

We will have
Traditional
Herb and Cheese
Garlic Parmesan
Jalapeño Cheddar

Also some pumpkin spice scones will be there too!

I hope next week to have some snickerdoodle cookies with us as promised but my forst week back has been a challenge to get anything bread related done.

Zace has something to tell everyone! He is sad I won't be home as much. He wants everyone to know I am returning to John Deere this Monday!

Bread will continue, but be watching for updates on how I plan to change moving forward.

Day 4 of Preparation for Backroads Barn Sale tomorrow from 9-2 at Carroll County Fairgrounds is well underway! Ovens are roaring and bread is baking away!

We were so busy yesterday prepping I didnt even get a picture or post. So day 3 of prep included mixing and folding bread. They are currently in their "bread beads" (bannetons) cold proofing and the baking will begin shortly. But first the scones and cookies must get completed!

Backroads Barn Sale is one of our favorite Pop-up shows! In preparation for the event this Saturday from 9-2, today is cookie and scone day!

For Scones we will have Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake and MAYBE some lemon blueberry.

and a new flavor of cookie with us also!

What a few weeks its been. My busiest of the year with so many shows and lots of personal going on.

We are ending our busy weekends with mutiple shows today but we have one more great show next week. If you havent been you should consider stopping by Backroads Barn Sale and grabbing some bread and check out all the great vendors, grab food, and relax.

We will not be at Mount Carroll Farmers Market next week because of this show. We can't make enough for both!
