I’ve come to realize that I don’t do recipes well because I bake with my heart… anyone else? 🙋🏼♀️
I add a little bit of this and a little bit of that!
So instead of getting hung up on making recipes for you guys I’ll tell you my secret.
For the most part, I have one base recipe that I love and I add to it. I also use the exact same process for all my breads. If you’ve ever looked at Pinterest or else where for recipes you’ll notice that everyone has their own process for sourdough.. the bulk fermentation is different, the time frame is different and it can be so confusing!!
That’s what I’m going to work on, giving you a one size fits all sourdough recipe and process! And yes it’s taken me like 2 weeks to get to this realization since the last time I posted 😅
In other news, we have chickens now and they spent their first night outside last night and my baby boy has broken his first tooth through last night/this morning. I love this life I get to live, God has blessed us beyond measure!
