I honestly forget how amazing a simple sandwich with sourdough bread is. We created a new flavor this past week.

Drum roll 🥁… introducing Dill & Havarti!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I will be submitting this flavor to our cottage license so we can start selling this regularly. It made such a fantastic tasting sandwich. We hope everyone had a great weekend and keep your eyes peeled for what’s available this next week!

Get ready bread lovers. We are so back! I am hoping to have some bread ready for delivery on Thursday/Friday this week.

Bread available will be:
Thursday
4 small Jalapeño cheddar
4 small caramelized onion and asiago
4 small regular loafs
4 small garlic Parmesan
4 small everything bagel

Friday
Baguettes!
4 small Jalapeño cheddar

4 small garlic Parmesan
4 small everything bagel

With that being said… what are everyone’s thoughts on increasing the small loaf price to $5? Our family is in a transition right now and while we have always tried to keep our prices incredibly affordable the margin for our inclusion loafs isn’t much. I don’t want to keep people from wanting to buy a healthy alternative though so if $5 is too much please let me know!

Hello Everyone!!!

Time flies and I’m terrible and forgot that this weekend was going to be Valentine’s Day! With that being said we’re going to spend some extra time together as a a family. But in the next couple weeks we will be pushing out more bread during the week so be on the lookout for that!

We hope you all spend some extra time with those that you love this weekend.

Hello Everyone!
We have been busy! What sort of started as making 4-8 loaves a week has quickly turned into 32 loaves a week 😳. Thank you thank you! We will have some available that haven’t been spoken for on Monday & Tuesday.

Monday loaves:
2 small Garlic & Parmesan
2 small everyrhing bagel

Tuesday loaves:
1 small traditional
3 small carmelized onion & asiago
4 garlic & parmesan
2 small everything bagel
1 large everything bagel

The bread has been flying off the shelves! We could not thank you all enough.

We may be on the hunt for a new mixer and oven in the near future. If anyone has any leads on a smaller industrial size mixer let me know! Looking for 10-20qt. In the meantime we will continue to provide the same quality bread with our very angry kitchen aid.

Hello everyone! We are so pumped about all the love we have gotten recently and can’t wait to make everyone more bread.

We are a very very very small little bakery and can only make so many loaves a week so I will try to spread the love. We just want to make sure that we’re not stealing too much time away from Rory so it’s been a learning curve.

With that being said… we ran out of flour! We started buying 50lb bags and we’re starting to fly through that now, which is super duper exciting.

I will have garlic ROMANO (way way better than the parm), Caramelized onion & asiago, cheddar jalapeño and 2 plain large loaves for Tuesday available. Next week is up in the air but will let you know if we make any more.

Hi everyone! We took a little break for Thanksgiving and to take time to mend from the random illnesses going around the block… but we’re back!!! I will have mini jalapeño cheddar, garlic parmesan (sold out), 2 regular everything bagel ready for Thursday. $3 for our mini loaves and $6 for our regulars.

QC folks! I will be in the hood on Saturday and can meet to drop off some bread. Just let me know if you want a mini or regular size loaf!

Yay! We were able to donate $78 to Nest Cafe in Rock Island from the QC sales and $55 to Lori at God’s Will in Morrison!! We will keep you updated for our plans to make more bread next week and will plan to have another giving week in December. We will be taking this week off to play a little catch up.
