We’re focusing on texture, flavor, and balance across a range of variations. Always made with cage-free eggs and organic semolina - because the flavor is in the details. Since I’m 10% Italian, I’m stepping into a focaccia frenzy! Naturally leavened focaccia with tomato, Kalamata olives, and rosemary, plus a nice ciabatta just because. And since the oven was already on, I knocked out two sourdough loaves for a sick friend!
