Hi everyone! I've been quiet on here lately because I'm dreading writing this post. It's with mixed feelings that I share my decision to close Amanda's Vegan Vibes at the end of this month. A lot of factors went into the decision, but please know that ultimately it is what's best for my family and I. It has been a pleasure baking for you these past three years, and hope to see you all another time in the future.

Please please please continue to support your local small businesses. If you can't buy from them, review them, tell a friend, like their posts, follow, etc. Every action helps and they need it more than you know. 💜

Saturday is market day, and we'll be celebrating tomatoes and peppers at the Burlington County Farmers Market 🥳
Here's what's on the menu...

*Gluten-free friendly oatmeal fig (fresh fig jam in the middle!)

We'll be at the Burlington County Farmers Market this Saturday to celebrate tomatoes and peppers! 🥳🥳 We'll also be bringing some treats featuring Zucchini and Figs. Love all of the amazing produce this time of year!

Peppers have joined in on the fun this year as we celebrate the Jersey tomato and pepper too! Along with basket giveaways, there will be a scavenger hunt and a craft for kids, salsa bar samplings, mozzarella/tomato pairings, samples of roasted tomato bisque & tomato pie, and all the Jersey tomatoes and peppers you can carry home. Stop by for the sweet and the heat this Saturday, August 30th from 8:30 to 1pm. 🍅🌶️

These muffins are corny in the best way! 🌽🍑
They are made with organic yellow corn meal, Folks Farm local peaches, and Jersey corn! They are also Gluten-free friendly and we'll be making a big batch for the Burlington County Farmers Market this Saturday! Come see us from 8:30-1, these will make a perfect market morning breakfast!
