We got new Baker Cat hats in the shop!
Now in a khaki color lightweight corduroy with round brim and black cat. A trail of floury paw prints embroidered on the side and "Ad Astra Bread Co." on the back.

Bonus photo of our model hitting the Willem DaFoe pose. Obviously the best pose for advertising a hat.

Hi everyone. This isn't our usual type of post, but this is extremely important and we'd like to keep everyone updated.

Chef Ron Mendoza and Alaina Musich recently welcomed a baby girl, Lula Cruz Mendoza, into the world.

Everyone is okay now, but the birth had complications which required emergency medical care. As we all know, any length of time staying in a hospital can result in a substantial medical bill.

Ron and Alaina are pillars of our community, nurturing young chefs and musicians alike. They have a passion for helping others to learn and grow and show their support without asking for anything in return.

If you are able, we humbly ask you to consider donating to the campaign to ease the burden of their medical expenses. Every donation, even if it's just a few dollars, will make a huge difference.

New month, new drinks by our Front of House team!

For June we have a sparkling yuzu lychee matcha lemonade. Earthy, tart, and nice on a hot day like today.

We also have a cherry mocha latte with almond whipped cream. Served hot or iced. The whipped cream contains dairy. The mocha itself can be made with oat milk or macadamia milk.

Come in and get one (or both)!

We have a new weekend sandwich special!

A fried chicken cutlet with giardiniera and tarragon aioli on our soft milk bread bun.

The chicken is tender and the giardiniera has a nice little kick to it.

We'll have it for the next couple weekends, so get it while you can!
