Hello everyone! First of all, we’d like to apologize for our long absence from Facebook. We’ve finally had the oven approved and passed the Health Department inspection; we even ran a quiet test-run last Saturday to make sure everything was working properly 😅😂. We are therefore delighted to announce that we’ll be opening our doors this Saturday at 7 AM—we look forward to seeing you all there!

Hello everyone,
thank you for coming out last Saturday for those few hours of testing. We will be open this Saturday from 7:00 AM until 4:00 PM, or until we sell out. Due to a shortage of production staff, we will only be open this Saturday for the time being. Our team should grow next week, and we will share updates as things progress.

The oven has been approved ✅🤩

We can now prepare for the pre-opening inspection taking place this week, and with any luck, we’ll finally be able to open our doors this weekend fingers crossed 🤞. We will keep working hard to make this project and dream a reality.

SOFT OPENING CANCELLED !!!

Hello, everyone!
Unfortunately, we are forced to postpone our soft opening.

Although we would have loved to welcome you this Saturday, the final stages of our renovation work are taking longer than expected due to delays on the part of several contractors. This message is not a complaint but simply an update on our current situation.

Rather than open while the space does not yet reflect our vision, we prefer to postpone the opening.

Hello everyone!

Sorry we’ve been quiet on the page for a while there have been plenty of developments since then. The flooring installation is officially complete ✅.
We’ve started receiving our equipment, including the renowned French oven and the proofers. We also picked up the new coffee machine and completed a half-day of training. Work is progressing well, and we hope to finish by the scheduled date. In the meantime, thank you for your support. We look forward to seeing you soon.
