Baking for family or friends’ celebrations is the best. The birthday boy requested vanilla cupcakes with lemon curd from his own lemon trees, so delicious!! I took the opportunity to test out a new chocolate cupcake topped with chocolate buttercream and drizzled with salted caramel sauce. Happy birthday Erik!
