Behind the scenes at Blue’s Bakery 🥧

Did you know you can order whole pies and dessert trays online for easy pickup? Perfect for treating your crew, bringing dessert to a picnic or gathering, or just making sure there’s pie in your house. (We support this.)

Whole pies and other bakery items require a minimum 48 hours’ notice but you can always stop in and see what’s fresh in the bakery case. We’re baking every day!

We made the decision to not participate in the Tosa Farmers Market tomorrow due to rain in the forecast. 😭

Sarah has already proofed bread and has to bake it, so we will have loaves available at Blue’s and we will be bringing bread to Story Hill BKC for you to purchase. There will also be additional desserts and treats in the bakery case this weekend!

It’s your last chance to preorder pies, pastries, and holiday treats for Friday pickup.

Whether you’re headed to the lake, the backyard, or the neighborhood cookout, don’t show up empty-handed. A pie has a way of making you everyone’s favorite guest.

🥚 Please note: Blue’s Egg + Bakery will be closed Saturday, July 4, so our team can celebrate with their friends and families. Regular business hours, 7 AM - 2 PM July 3 and July 5!

We pair sweet, ripe strawberries with vibrant, local rhubarb and bake it all inside our tender, all-butter pastry crust. Crowned with a beautifully spiced ginger streusel, it’s a bright and comforting slice of spring.
