Wallie n I are gonna tag team June 14th. .milwaukee will be more pastry forward and we’ll be putting out a preorder menu this weekend. will also have pastries, but be more bread heavy. Know I said I was done with markets, but getting really excited to be back. Not just to see you guys, but our vendor fam as well. 🥹

Good morning!!! Thank you to everyone that has donated to our GoFundMe so far, shared it, reached out and offered support and just been absolute angels. The last two weeks have been so stressful and overwhelming, but you guys have helped make it good overwhelming too. Thanks to you all, the heavy doesn’t feel as heavy anymore. ♥️

As for a new location, we have so many more options than we thought we would, it’s hard to make a decision just yet. Pretty sure we know where we’re going, but me rushing into something is what got us here, so probs being overly cautious now. 😬 As soon as we get a little better footing, we can start taking new custom orders and rebuild this thing piece by piece.

In the meantime, we’ve booked some pop up dates at the and got last minute accepted into this summer’s .milwaukee !!! We’re on a few waiting lists and picking up more and more chances to get back out there. Will compile a list of dates later today. Just wanted to give a quick thank you and we miss you and we’ll see you soon!!!

I’m still trying to figure out the words, but it’s a lot and I’m not ready yet. But the weekend is fast approaching and you need to know Wallie and I have worked our last shift at 3040 S. Delaware.

HAPPY NATIONAL CHERRY COBBLER DAY!!

Yes, I know we’ve been doing cherry cobbler rolls all weekend, BUT today is actual holiday so they’re going to be extra delicious. Elvis cookies are also back in the building *insert drum and cymbal noise* AAANNNDD we finally got to the pizza rolls!! Garlic butter pesto pizza knots (also my idea, because I’m just the best). Casey made sure to roll them though so they’re actually correct today…

We’ve got all the breads except garlic chive and savory starts at 11am. The dill pickle bacon ranch focaccia is available today as well because it’s just that fu***ng good

HAPPY NATIONAL PICKLE DAY EVERYONE!!!

As I previously stated, the dill pickle bacon ranch focaccia is my FAVORITE, so of course that’s what we’re doing for National Pickle Day! Again, you’re welcome.

Same sweets as yesterday and we’ll also have pain de mie today for bread!

Savory starts at 11am, featuring the caprese tofu sandwiches from yesterday AND buffalo tofu sandwiches! We’ll also have the tofu egg salad and gochujang broccoli salad as deli items!
