Yesterday I got to spend a bit of my morning with the 3 kindergarten classes at my kids school talking about the process of making my bread 🍞 ♥️😊 They were a wonderful group of kiddos and while this definitely was a new experience for me, it was so fun watching them get see how the dough feels in different stages and even better how it tastes when it's done! ♥️😊

Lemon blueberry has been the the bane of my existence since I've started making bread... and while I'd love to say I've finally got it, I am not there yet 😭
BUT, while I may have overproofed this one and had to make focaccia instead... I think I may have at least finally gotten the lemon flavor I've been aiming for, so I'll take that as a WIN!! I'm not giving up on this flavor, I WILL get it at some point 🤣🤣🤣

I made Mississippi pot roast the other day and was trying to figure out how to use up the remaining peperoncini... make a new flavor combination, of course!

Used some of the juice in place of water, added mini pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. I'm not sure how it'll turn out, but I won't ever know if I never try!
