Thank you bagel babes for supporting us year after year, ever since we were a pop up, in a garage, then a food truck and now the shop 🥹And to our amazing team, y’all are the BEST♥️ We couldn’t do this with out any of you 🫂

One year ago todayyy we opened Ruby’s Bagels North Ave!Woah!

What many people don’t see is that it took nearly six years of dreaming, planning, learning, and growing to build the shop I always imagined 🥹Looking back I wouldn’t change that at all, every setback was a lesson and shaped what RB is today. We have the most amazing team and the best customers anyone could ask for ♥️ you make this place feel like home!

Thank you for believing in us, supporting us and loving our bagels. We wouldn’t be here without you!!!!!

Also forever grateful for everyone who helped bring my vision to life ♥️ I want to squeeze you all!

Last year today we were having our Soft Opening at our North Ave location! Today Thursday 5/28 we are having our soft birthday, but the real fun starts Friday!

We did hide a golden ticket today in a random bag, and a few love notes to take it back to 2019 when we would hand write love notes on your orders ♥️
