Our final night! 😢 Starting at 5pm, the first 75 people to stop in the café will receive a complementary 3oz dessert shot (non-alcoholic and non-infused 😉)!

Thank you to so many of you that have been supporting us over the last couple of weeks as we near our final closing as well as unending gratitude to all of you who have supported us over the last three and a half years!!

The case is fully restocked for our final two days!

Stop in today (Thursday) till 3 to grab a fresh batch of infused or non-infused items. Carrot and red velvet cakes and infused and non infused macarons, cookies, brownies, and more!!

And we will be open until 10 PM tomorrow (Friday) celebrating Gallery Night and our final day in business. 🫶

The beginning of the end… join us for our last three days in business before we permanently close Sweetly Baked (cafe, food truck, and custom orders/events). 😢

We will be open today, Wednesday, from 9 AM to 3 PM. Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Friday 9 AM until 10 PM.

Come celebrate with us this Friday during Gallery night from 5 PM to 10 PM in the Marshall Building for our final night!

Please understand that as it is our last week in business quantities of some items may be very limited. We are doing our best to stock as many macarons, infused items, and other treats as best we can.

It’s our last Saturday open!! Come visit us until 9 PM tonight.

Everyone has been so amazing since we’ve announced our closing, and we are so grateful! Thank you so much!

Depending on how today goes we may be sold out and not open tomorrow. Stay tuned!!

We will be open Wednesday through Friday next week with a closing party aligning with Gallery night on Friday the 11th. Putting out an official post about that soon!

We were going to do a large scale wedding tower like later this year, so I’m glad we still got the chance to make a mini version cake topped macaron tower. 🫶

This mini tower has vanilla bean, strawberry, and pistachio macarons topped with a mini confetti cake topped & mini macaron.

Spring has sprung! 🌸🌸🌸

Stop in the café this weekend for some adorable spring treats. Like our confetti mini cake with a macaron on top, chocolate and vanilla baby basketweave cakes or a three-layer, 4 inch red velvet cutie with chocolate bunnies.

Open till 7 PM Friday, 10 AM to 9 PM Saturday, and 10 AM to 2 PM. Limited quantities available so make sure you stop by ASAP!

It is with the heaviest of hearts that I am announcing that Sweetly Baked will be permanently closing as of April 11, 2025. We will be open as usual until then!

Although we were slated for ongoing growth and another amazing year, even sustaining where we are right now would require a significant investment. I looked into several options and consulted several people before finalizing this decision and as a single parent and with the volatile economy I cannot in good conscience commit to any additional financial risk.
(This gets really long, so if you want to bow out here, I completely understand!)
This journey has been absolutely incredible and I can’t find the words to express the level of gratitude I have for everyone who believed in and supported us along the way. It’s crushing to give up something I love and built from the ground up. I have met so many amazing people that were so gracious in helping me learn as I grew.

I also found an incredible team of people. Sweetly Baked would not be what it is without our baking team: Amanda (not me haha), Rachel, Benji; or our cafe team: Finn, Sadie, Morgan, Aria, and Aaliyah (as well as some of our incredible past employees in the cafe and kitchen: Addie, Lauren, Eva, Savannah, Paige). Thank you to Dave for bringing a great energy (and several puppies) to the cafe and who was integral to developing our dessert pairings. And a special thank you to Chris who developed the brand and logo and was integral in starting this business. And my amazing sister Angela who helped me get off the ground.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported us throughout the last three and a half years. I never would have thought my pandemic passion would turn into a CBD Bakery that turned into a regular pop-up bakery with CBD/THC treats, that turned into a food truck, that turned into a cafe
I’m looking forward to seeing you all on the other side of the counter now while supporting all of the local events and small businesses that supported us and make Milwaukee the incredible city that I love.
There is SO much more I want to say, but only have 2200 characters, thank you all again, more details to come on our closing celebration.
