Life gets busy when the days become longer. Don't forget to book your cakes in advance. Weddings, grad parties, and showers are happening every weekend. Just remember I am a one man band.

I will try my best to post my availability on here for the month ahead at the beginning of every month and I will try to keep those dates updated for everone as well.

I will be doing the newfane farmers market starting the end of june. I will post reminders and a list of what I have made for each market. I will also be doing cookie carts, the farm cart, and slice it Sunday's mixed in as well so keep your eyes on my page for all that information. Also follow us on the Rockwell Acres farm page for details about sales and packages we offer through the farm.

My garden is taking form this weekend, we are getting out the farm cart and preparing to open that the beginning of June!

Channeled an old version of myself today, the 2002 version, when I was in my Dairy princess era.

Today I had the honor of making a cake for the Niagara county 4H dairy cattle cloverbuds.

I made them a "grilled cheese" cake.

Did you guys know that April is grilled cheese month?? Honestly if any sandwich deserved a whole month it should be the humble grilled cheese. It's the food of the gods let me tell you!

So enjoy the cake pics as well as my trip down my memory lane tonight.

And as always support your local farmers, enjoy 3 servings of real American dairy products, and go make yourself that grilled cheese sandwich!

Yesterday a good samaritan righted the wrongs of a stranger and paid full price for that cake and then instructed me to give it to whoever needs a birthday cake. My faith in humanity is restored! So I hope Dayton enjoys the cake today and of course HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAYTON!

I very rarely take deposits on orders under $50. This is just something I find confusing if I take 10% down or 50% down I would still be stuck with a large cake I don't need sitting around, because no matter what some people suck and they wouldn't even care that they had a $20 deposit they wouldn't get back, they would still ghost me unfortunately.

I was once 305lbs and I don't want to get to that point again lol so of course I will always pass the cake or whatever baked good it may be along other wise I would be eating a HUGE piece of blue frosted vanilla cake right now with my morning cup of coffee 🤣

I would rather just list it on here and get what I have into it out of it. I have learned though if I don't get a response the entire week before and especially the day before, I don't add the decorator kits, I don't make the edible decore, and I don't print the edible images. That's where the HUGE cost and labor is in cake decorating.
