Growing up, I have always loved baking with my mother and grandmother. So In high school, I was apart of the Food Service BOCES program where I only grew more fond of the field and knew I wanted to pursue a career in it. I attended NFCI (Niagara Falls Culinary Institute) for two years and received my associates degree and became a certified Pastry Chef. After College I took a job with the school o

nly to work under some of the best chefs for a couple years. This ultimately made me want to push to be the best. So I moved out to southern Illinois to attend LE CORDON BLEU in St. Louis for Baking and Pastry Arts. While earning my degree, I took an externship in Colorado Springs, CO working at the Broadmoor; a 5 star 5 diamond hotel and resort. I worked under some of the best of the best. After only 3 weeks interning, I was hired on full time where I worked there for 9 months. I then moved back to the Buffalo area to take a position as pastry chef in a Hyatt Regency and then another in a cafe where I could show my talent and skills. While working, I started up this page where I have been able to pursue what I love most out of the comfort of my home; Creating specialty cakes and treats for everyone’s special occasions. Taking this business anywhere I move to!

Created a cake for my dad’s 60th’s birthday! Just how he wanted!
Chocolate and vanilla cake with peanut butter filling and milk chocolate frosting. Decorate with buttercream and edible images. 🏌️⛳️🍰

Had the privilege to create this monster truck cake for my nephew. Chocolate cake with traditional buttercream. Gumpaste decor with ground cookie crumbles. And 4 dozen cupcakes, chocolate and vanilla with buttercream.
