Just came from Arc GLOW Meals on Wheels Spaghetti dinner. It was delicious! Huge serving of spaghetti and meatballs, salad, Italian bread and dessert (pies, cupcakes, brownies). All for only $12. Takeout available also. It goes until 7 pm tonight. Help support the Meals on Wheels program.

Occupational therapists (OTs) play a vital role at Arc GLOW, supporting children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build the skills needed for everyday life. Whether it’s learning self‑care routines, strengthening fine motor skills, or navigating school, work, and community activities, our OTs help people participate more fully in the moments that matter most. 🌟

For children, occupational therapy may support play, sensory regulation, attention, and daily tasks like dressing, eating, or writing. For adults, our OTs focus on independent living skills, vocational readiness, workplace routines, and strategies that promote safety, confidence, and autonomy. 🧩

Across all ages, Arc GLOW’s occupational therapists use a strength‑based, person‑centered approach—adapting activities and environments so each individual can succeed in their own way. Their work fosters independence, self‑confidence, and meaningful participation at home, at work, and throughout the community. 💪🏽🏡
