Good morning fam 🥰😎

So for the month of September we’re going to do things just a bit different (I have 2 weddings & 2 birthdays) meaning it’s cake cake cake cake in Rhiannas voice all month 😂🥳

Literally every weekend I have some kind of big event to bake for. So cheesecakes will be limited and I won’t be making as many as I normally do! Slices will be LIMMMMITEDDD. I’m not going to do an over abundance of flavors. I also work 3/4 days every week too 🤪🙃🥲 I really set myself up for success this month huh.. lol

So when you see menu’s know that they are so limited I can’t “add” like I normally do.. so when things are sold out they’re out out 🤣🤣🫰🏼

We’ll see what October brings to the table. Thennnn in the middle of October we have to plan for November annnddd December 🫣😂 I plan on booking whatever needs to be booked for the holiday months and those spaces willl go fast! No last minute thanksgiving pies this year. No last minute cinnamon rolls for Christmas Day this year. I’ll be filling up my calendar as the months go on. It will be limited (because I still work!) but also I’m trying to get my kids homeschooled so I’m on a mission for that as well 🤪🥹🤭 nothing beats a busy mom life like the one I got 🤣😂🥴 don’t worry I still rest, that’s per Jesus’s request 💛

For my bakers dozen fam

Yesterday we had an awfully traumatic morning.
We’ve been getting the privacy fence up so all of C**ts tools have been in the living room. I was doing dishes and all of a sudden Leo started crying. I ran out there and he was face down completely flat on the floor with colts brand new hammer right next to him. I picked him up and he was gushing blood. We’re unsure exactly what happened but from the looks of the cut we’re assuming he fell and smacked his noggin right on the end of the hammer 😣😰

A quick ER visit and 3 stitches later and we’re thriving acting like nothing even happened 😒😂 talk about a mom heart attack. He is my wildest child.😒🥴 he’s honestly doing amazing! Even right after it happened he was acting like his spunky little self. I did manage to still bake everything yesterday! (How? .. well I felt reallllly super mom yesterday 🙃😮‍💨🫩)

This morning I’ve been taking it realllly slow just to give him my full undivided attention. So orders might be going out later today than usual. ❤️‍🩹💛 just incase any of you are wondering! I know a lot of you aren’t on my actual fb page and everything on there about my kids is full blown private. So I thought I’d let you all know that I didn’t forget about you!! I’m just momming first (as always!) 🥹💛 I will start PMing everyone as soon as I get things topped and cut into 🥹🥰 thank you all for understanding!!

IMPORTANT PSA about this crème brûlée cheesecake. She doesn’t last long. 2 days tops in the fridge once topped with the “sugar shards” they will physically melt the cheesecake 🥴🫣 SOOO with that being said here are some basic instructions for this beautiful piece of cheesecake you’re about to enjoy 🥰

Put the sugar shards on about 10-15 minutes before eating so they can melt a bit and not stab you in the mouth while eating 😵‍💫

THEY ARE SHARP. I honestly don’t know if I’ll ever sell this cheesecake again 🫣😂🥴 it’s very intimidating selling you guys sugar knives 😂😂😂😂 I can’t top it before you get it or it will be melted by the time you eat it so I’m trusting you all to just be big people and be careful 😬🥰😂 please eat this one first 💛 she’s delicate ❤️‍🩹 we need to handle with care 🤭 that being said please leave some kind of review on what you think of it after you try it!

Now. I’m gonna go swimming with my kids before they have to go back to school. If someone orders a slice of cheesecake I will be going off of who orders first! I’m sorry 💛 it’s been a very long week for my little family so I’d love some mom time with them 🥰 thank you all for supporting me still and understanding how crazy this last week has been 💛
