I’m running out of ideas 😂 2 and a half more weeks to get Thanksgiving orders in!

I’m making my labels … it takes me some time! I will be ready for pickups by 430/5ish! Unless you got cupcakes! I haven’t topped those yet. I was trying to get everything else in line 🥴😵‍💫

Yeeett!! Today was successful! I’m so proud of those pretzels 🥹 I’ll be posting how to reheat in a bit as well 🫰🏼 love yall!!!

I’m trying my hardest to get all of this stuff out today! My body has been SOOOO tired (I’m not sick.. unfortunately this is normal when we get close to time change and the season change) so I woke up WAAAY late today.

I’m about to cut EVERYTHING! And I have the pretzels rising right now 💛 I will keep you all updated 🥰 I can’t WAITTTT to see these lemon meringue cheesecake slices 🥹😮‍💨😭 I’m also off the next 2 days as well. Tomorrow I have an eye drs appointment in Valpo so no pickups between 10:30-1 💕

I am taking this week off from baking, I have ALOT of personal things going on this week specifically. NEXT Tuesday the 20th will be pickup day! 🥰

My menu will be:

🍫Cannoli cheesecake: 5 slices
🍌Banana pudding cake (not cheesecake)
🍋Lemon meringue chzcake⚡️NEW⚡️@:6 slices
🥨Pretzels stuffed with mozzarella & herbs (debating on doing a ramekin of marinara sauce with them incase you’re a dunker like me 😂🥴)
🧁German chocolate cupcakes are being added to the mix! I had someone put in a small order so I know I’ll have extras 😍

Cheesecakes: $10/slice

I’m sold out of the oatmeal cream pies. The only take away I’d get from those is to use my recipe I did for last year and not the one I did this time. They’re just so big 😂😂 no matter how flat I laid them on the sheet they still rose like they were about to sing the national anthem 😐🥴 it’s wild. Butttt I did try one of the caramel apple pie one 🥲🤌🏼😮‍💨 soooo good 🤤 anywayssss let’s get this stuff sold and then I’ll post my menu for next week 🥹 I’ll probably post it tomorrow morning with whatever I have left over from today too 💛

What do you guys wanna see on next weeks menu? (Not the one for this Wednesday..) I feel like some of yall are cheesecaked out on the flavors I have. I can do literally anything.

🥖Cinnamon rolls, regular, pecan, blueberry muffin, pineapple upside down?
🥨 those mozzarella & herb stuffed pretzels
🥜 peanut butter and jelly cheesecake
🍋 lemon meringue cheesecake
🥚 Eggnog cheesecake
🍌 banana pudding cake

I know this is such short notice but as you could see I had a lot going on bake wise this last weekend. (Just finished my last cake 😂😮‍💨💛)

Cheesecake:

Oatmeal cream pies:
🍏Regular & apple pie stuffed 3/$10 you can mix and match just please tell me what you want when you order 🫰🏼

🍎Caramel apple cheesecake bars ✨NEW✨

(They will be like the banana squares.. that barely fit in the dang box 🙄😂)

I will be doing the count down on the bars and cheesecake as ordered 💛 share with your friends. Anything posted as new I don’t have pictures of. The oatmeal cream pies I made last year had a buttercream frosting for the filling… we’re not doing that this time. 😂 we’re doing cream cheese base because she’s legal now! 🥰🥲

So I’ll wait till your crusty eyes open from your beauty sleep while you’re chokin down your hot coffee debating how many slices, oatmeal cream pies and bars you want 🙂😂

Ok guys so I had a decent couple cupcakes orders this weekend again. I have SOOO many left over 🫣😮‍💨 I’m going to do mix and match 4 count boxes of:

🍫Chocolate with salted caramel frosting
🍓Strawberry with strawberry crunch frosting
☕️Vanilla with a mocha buttercream

You chose what 4 you want (I have more vanilla and strawberry than chocolate) $10 per box 💛

I’m posting a picture of my strawberry crunch cupcakes because that’s the only one I have a picture of 🫣😂 but the strawberry cupcake I made this time aren’t pink.. they’re a “fresh strawberry” not an artificial strawberry cupcake if that makes sense 😂🥴
