We’re excited to introduce our Egg Salad Croissant — made with our delicious, fresh-baked croissant and filled with creamy egg salad prepared with mayonnaise and chives, arugula, pickled onions, and cheese.

We also offer our Tomato Grilled Cheese Brioche, made with a blend of cheeses including mozzarella, Gruyère, Swiss, and cheddar, along with tomato, basil, and a touch of balsamic.

Today is a sad day at Pastry Lu. It’s Jisela’s last morning with us as she embarks on a new chapter in another state, which will now be her new home. We are incredibly grateful for the light Jisela brought to our team—something truly hard to replace. Thank you for your dedication, your love, and the care you showed to our amazing customers, the team, the shop and the love and care to our plants. We will miss your bright spirit and beautiful smile so much. We wish you all the best in this new stage, and we will miss you deeply. Sending love and best wishes to you and Juan Abel in your new home.
