I’m still feeling a little emotional about yesterday. 🥹❤️
To my Eastmark community, THANK YOU! You guys continue to blow me away every single week. The support, the conversations, the familiar faces, and all the new ones mean more to me than you’ll ever know.
And to everyone who travels from outside the community to come see me, I see you, and I appreciate you so much!
Yesterday, one of my original customers from my Scottsdale market days drove all the way across town just to visit me. I could’ve cried right there. 🥹
I spend so much of my week covered in flour, running on little sleep, and wondering if I’ve made enough bread (or way too much 😂). Then Saturdays like yesterday happen, and I’m reminded why I love doing this.
I’m incredibly proud of this little business, but even more humbled by the people who continue to show up for it.
Whether you’ve been here since the beginning or just discovered Loco Sourdough, thank you for making those ridiculously long bake days worth it.
