This Saturday is our last Eastmark market before vacation! After Saturday, we’re Maine bound for some family time and a little R&R. ❤️🦞

We’ll be back at the market on Saturday, August 15, so if you’ve been meaning to stock up, this is the weekend to do it! Fresh bread freezes beautifully, so grab an extra loaf (or two 😉).

🥪 Reasons to buy Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough: Exhibit A. 🔥

Here’s how to recreate this turkey melt at home:

Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough
Shaved turkey
Provolone + Colby Jack 🧀
Roasted red peppers + roasted jalapeños 🌶️
Pickles 🥒 (don’t skip them!)
A few dashes of Cholula 🔥

Grill over medium-low heat until the bread is golden brown, crispy, and the cheese is perfectly melted. (Pro tip: brown your bread using mayo not butter for extra flavor)

If you recreate it, I fully accept zero responsibility for your future disappointment with ordinary sandwich bread. 😏

One of my favorite things about being a small business owner is supporting other small businesses that support me. ❤️

has been using Loco Sourdough loaded cheddar biscuits in their Biscuits & Hatch Green Chile Gravy brunch dish for quite a while now, and somehow today was my first time trying it 😅 Well, it definitely won’t be my last.

The green chile gravy is delicious. Paired with a loaded cheddar biscuit and topped with an egg 🙌 🙌

I’m incredibly grateful for friends and fellow business owners who have supported Loco Sourdough from the beginning. It means more than you know🫶

If you’re in Mesa on a Sunday, do yourself a favor and check out brunch at Craft Culture. I can officially confirm the biscuits and gravy are 🔥 Don’t miss out on their other amazing menu items either!
