👩🏫🫐 Todays Homeschool Baking Lesson: Einkorn Blueberry Oat Sourdough Muffins 🫐🌾🧈
2 cups Organic Einkorn Flour
1.5 cups Blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Sourdough Discard
1 Stick Butter (we used our homemade!)
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs (from our little ladies 🐔)
1 cups Cane Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup GF Organic Oats
1/2 tsp Celtic Salt
1 tsp Cheylon Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla
Combine butter, eggs, discard and sugar and mix. Then add dry ingredients and blueberries. Bake at 375 for 22-25 minutes. Love the flavor of the Einkorn in this slighty sweet blueberry muffin! Kiddo approved. 👦👍
